“I advocate and educate at all times for my clients. After spending several years in adult education and serving various populations in the non-profit sector, I am familiar with the power of clear communication and advocacy. That’s what you’ll get from me.”
Expertise in Boise Area Real Estate
I was welcomed into Idaho’s Circle of Excellence in 2019, an award reserved for the top 5% of real estate agents in Idaho’s largest real estate brokerage. I am thrilled to have received this award, thanks to my team and amazing clients who did the brave thing and navigated the path to homeownership despite obstacles along the way.“Boise’s explosive growth make it a seller’s dream, but it has made it intimidating for buyers — especially first-time homebuyers. To combat this, we have figured out a system to help our buyers find homes within their price range and make creative, compelling offers.”
Beyond Real Estate
After joining Property People and having an opportunity to work alongside the talented professionals at LEAP, Nate helped design and launch the Yes You Can Homeownership program, which leverages partnerships in the community to help those who have barriers to homeownership get from dream to doorstep.“I began work on my Masters in Bilingual Education in Boise in 2013. This experience opened doors for me to teach adults, specifically New American English Language Learners from all over the world right here in Boise. When these same students approached me with problems about buying a home, I saw how impossible their situation was without an advocate. That’s why I became a realtor.”
Fun and Family
Nate is married and loves spending time with his family. When Nate isn’t selling houses he enjoys being in the mountains, riding his bike, cooking, fixing up his own fixer-upper home, playing disc golf and listening to San Francisco Giants games on the radio (much to his wife’s dismay).
Nate’s Superpower
Care. When Nate was born, he was probably given special food that made him understand and practice friendship more than most. Co-workers, clients and students will tell you that he’ll go way beyond the extra mile to make sure that you feel safe, equipped and supported in any endeavor. Sometimes, that means he’s visiting you in the hospital, helping you with a move or leading you through the Wild West of real estate documents.
